The quick pulse, founded by the prominent healer, spiritual teacher Jo Dunning, is a quantum energy technique that uses source energy to rapidly balance any aspect of the mind, body, and spirit. This healing process can also clear limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, physical conditions, unwanted personality traits, phobias, abundance issues and many other limiting experiences. I was trained by her several years ago and one way I use this work in my practice is to change subconscious beliefs. Negative thoughts and beliefs that are formed especially during the formative years are stored in our subconscious mind. These are often affecting our lives now. We are actually operating from the subconscious mind most of the time. The result is living a life not always congruent with our creative conscious mind. This mind ruling the show often leads to addictions, stress, and low self worth issues affecting all levels of our lives. I personally believe that a vast majority of health related issues have an underlining emotional issue. These first manifest in the emotional body and then will surface in the physical body if the issue is not addressed. For instance, cancer is often repressed resentment or anger, low back pain is often fear of lack of money, and knee pain is reluctance to moving forward in one area of life. In addition, I have found this work to be beneficial in working with fertility patients. If someone believes they can't get pregnant, won't be a good mom, can't afford to have children, too old to have children, etc., they will have difficulty conceiving. One main job of the subconscious is to keep you safe. If the subconscious mind believes an experience might jeopardize your safety, it will keep that experience from you. Our body is our internal guidance system always trying to communicate with us. When we are in pain, fatigued, anxious, depressed, the answer always lies within and seldom cured by taking a medication. Ask your body what it is trying to convey to you. Do the inner work of clearing subconscious beliefs. There are numerous methods to do this, a few examples are:

What if we are not able to find where the block is located. I feel like I have progressed over my life. But it seems there are things in my subconscious that are staying "hidden" from me. Most likely because of fear. I believe these things need to be found, addressed and healed. Thank you once again for your information. Your interpretation and explanations are very helpful.

Hi Jill, with the quick pulse energy healing, you do not need to necessarily know your specific block. For instance, if you are a procrastinator, you do not need to know that it is self worth issues that is causing this. The energy used in that specific quantum energy technique is intelligent. You would just focus on what you would want different in your life. With yoga (kundalini and kriya are my favorite) acupuncture, and meditation, just the act of these will affect the subconscious over time. These will all bring repressed emotions/beliefs to the surface to heal, the secret is not to repress them when they come up:)

This reminds me of Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalytic theory of personality during one of our classes, wherein an iceberg is used as a representation of the human mind, with the tip as the conscious mind and the submerge part of the iceberg is the subconscious. When you think about it, it's scary how a huge part of our minds is consisted by the subconscious. As a college student, I am dealing with the extreme pressure of academics and other factors of life. I am confuse and afraid with the transition of teenage years to adulthood and I think this affects me everyday without me knowing. It reflects in my actions and decisions. I couldn't help but agree in your point especially the part where our subconscious affects how we see our self worth. Many people needs to know this. We should free ourselves from our cruel thoughts because we are important. We matter.
